We carry out work for the

both the construction of structures with composite materials for different units as well as the new 80 series submarines. Likewise, we contribute to the maintenance and large-scale repairs of ships and defense units. the Spanish Navy.
We have manufactured underwater weapons structures for SAES Submarine Electronics Limited Company.

We are immersed in the work of repairing the hull and structural interiors of the CZ Turia, after the accident suffered in 2019
This is the largest fiberglass repair work on a vessel of this size, with a length of more than 50 meters.
A total of 110 and 70 m2 of hull plating and phenolic bulkheads have been rebuilt with various prefabricated materials.
Our powerful lighthouse measuring equipment, laser tracker and 3D scanner, have allowed us to reconstruct the original state of the vessel to carry out the various repair works that have been validated by test trials.
Submarine
S-80 SERIES
Sinergia Racing Group has made the superstructure and sail panels for the new submarine S-81 “Isaac Peral”.
Currently, we are manufacturing the panels of the remaining units of the series: S-82, S-83 and S-84.
The process has been carried out using composite materials and with the precision of our numerical control machines
The panels, manufactured by infusion in composites, have been subjected to numerical control measurement by laser tracker.
