Manages production control in accordance with the company’s logistical plans and the human resources involved.

RESEARCH + DEVELOPMENT + INNOVATION

Enables the optimization and efficiency of the production process.

WAREHOUSE AND MAINTENANCE:

Responsible for the management and preparation of shipments. They receive and store incoming goods as well as the maintenance of the facilities.

HUMAN RESOURCES:

In charge of managing everything related to our teams.

With more than 20 years of experience in the sector,

the SRG team has evolved from a vertical structure to the creation of teams capable of carrying out their project in an autonomous way. Each project has its experienced team with a Project Manager who will be your valid interlocutor. In addition, we have:

Integrated by a team of engineers, they are in charge of carrying out the customer’s designs.

PRODUCTION:

We have a wide team of laminators, painters, carpenters and other trades that are in charge of executing, under the technical indications, the different planned projects.

PURCHASING:

Responsible for acquiring goods and ensuring the supply of raw materials necessary for production.

FINANCE:

They organize, control and plan the management of expenses and income of the company.
